Firmware anomaly.
Workaround/Fix
Update firmware to Maintenance Release 8 for bizhub 4050/4750 and Maintenance Release 7 for bizhub C3350/C3850/C3850FS.

If the error code does not appear, plug in any applicable cables or add-ons one at a time, waiting at least 30 seconds between any additions. If the code appearswhen the network cable is plugged back in, the issue is data being sent over the network. That will be up to the customer and his or her IT professional totroubleshoot as that is independent of the printer and not something we can effectively troubleshoot for the customer. Yep. We had to replace 2 of these with other machines to save the customer. Left Km soon after at took on Ricoh. Customers are very happy.
😆 confirmed my suspicions that only Ricoh can beat KM machines.
