C364e Printing half images

Hi guys i have a few C364e Machines printing half images afyer recent windows 10 updates , it happens when a bunch of images is selected and then sent to the printer the images print half, of printing single or images grouped into collage form the images prints fine latest drivers updatedc firmware is on M1 any siggestions

check the windows update KB5000802 and uninstall it.

Use another viewer. Not that stupid Windows-Photo thingy.
When this problem started to occur here I advised my customers to use for instance XnView

Seen this twice this week already. Have the customer use a different photo viewer/editor. The W10 Photos app worked for my two instances, the Picture Viewer does not.

I went on a service call yesterday because of the Windows update KMB500802. You have 2 choices:


1. Uninstall the update and pause all updates for 1-month. (temporary fix.)


or


2. Apply one of the fixes listed below. You have to go here to download the optional updates: Microsoft Update Catalog

I had to use Microsoft Edge Browser to download the files. Chrome was a no-go.


w10 20H2/2004 needs KB5001567
w10 1909/1903 needs KB5001566
w10 1809 needs KB1001568
w10 1803 needs KB5001565 to patch BSOD APC Index Mismatch error, and can install on top of the offending KB5000802/808

Addition: Install the optional update KB 5001649 for 20H2.In my cases only this one was available.
