Unfortunately SMBv2 is not supported on this model series. You can use scan to internal FTP server behind your firewall.

So maybe something newer than 2011 which I have. I can't get working scanning with Truenas as storage (with smb 1 enabled) and active directory as authorization.
So basically they(manufacturers) want to be selling something newer than model you have and Bizhub C220 is like 10 years old. Surprise - they will not make any effort into updates of 3 generation old model.

With SMB v1 enabled you should be about to scan via SMB OK.
We have a few clients that still scan to Win 7 machines without any issues using the C220 series.
