hi all, we have minolta c452 that started printing with faded top of the page. Replaced drum, developer, corona but the problem remains. Attaching pics of the print any ideas

Post CMYK halftone patterns not this mixed colors. This is old model what about counters - total and parts?

check the rear transfer roller pressure cam spring post, it might be broken.

Is it only cyan? If so, the only thing remaining that's color specific would be either the print head or bias voltage.
Could be the cyan primary transfer roller that does not get proper contact. Could be your ITBU.
Try transfer voltage adjustment in service mode.
Whatever

If you rebuilt it and that happen just after that then its not assembled correctly or its missing something.
You can change out the colors to test please don't mix the toners.
Whatever
It is only Cyan other colors print fine might be voltage but not sure how to check it. Swaped another unit same problem. Machine runs on original supplies. Just opened a new toner to see if that changes anything. The other IU now has the same problem on another machine ?? Both units are OEM
Problem is at the top of page halftone doesn show this problem because of the location 10% - 30% cyan is the best way to see any defects at any color . It shifts along the page and the green print is baceuse it matches when mixed with Y the color problem is more noticable because of that
