Konica c6500 Tray 5 lift up failure

Hello guys , I have a Konica c6500 , with tray 5 not lifting up , the machine has no error it shows U can manually lift the tray and it will print well , I don’t know what would cause such a failure yet it was working well before servicing the machine

Gear set at the front of the drawer, behind the lid. Dirt causes failure and prevents proper functioning. Maybe some broken gear
