Customer reported that duplex jam has been occurred frequently.
I visited and got duplex feed test and seems normal, checked the relative components.( duplex rollers, sensors, actuator, motor )
Any idea for this issue?

I'd start in the service manual for that code and do what it says.
Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22.
Are you sure for jam code number? Did you check error history for time and number of occurrence of code?
This is about first thing I check when customers report paper jams but upon my initial testing machine is working.
