C226 C6757

Hello,

On January one C226 had been issued with C6757, I checked and fixed it with replaced CIS module.
Today the customer reported the same code display again, I restarted the machine and tested it.
Printing is OK, when I took the copy process C9402 displayed ( exposure lamp lighted up ), now only printing could be performed.

So what reason would damage the CIS? Thanks a lot.
