Konica minolta bizhub c550 nota Energinzing

Hi guys, I Am getting 3102 error which is an fuser error on 550
but after changing another fuser it keeps giving same error, even after doing trouble reset..
I noticed that my main powersupply has no output of 24 v un pj2 port, only One of the small fans on the back is working... Many of my friends say it's defaulty pcrb but I am not sure, anyone had this problem?
