    Konica Minolta C364e - HATE I-OPTION 's!!

    hi guys,

we have a C364e in the office and i am currently trying to remove the i options on it (LK101v3 + LK110) and i an just not able to remove it. i have tried to remove is via LMS and when i put the deactivation code in it just says unable to confirm settings. when i try to remove it via the token code it thinks about it for a while and throws up error 'MDI001'. i cannot remove the LK110 in till i remove LK101v3.

i have never really had any luck at all with i-options, is there not a way just to wipe those options off the machine?

Here is the deactivation procedure from KMBS

I'm not sure if the clear all data will remove the I-options, but perhaps the reset tar file would.
