When this happened to us, we tried a switch, changing the energy saver, etc. Worked from our laptop. Hooked it into the customer's system and it would work for a few days to a week. Our only solution was to install A3 machines at no charge to the customer to save the account. They have worked with no issues. Another account we had this problem, we took out the konicas and installed Ricoh A4's with no issues.

Another possibility is faulty memory. Install the new style memory (UK*211 item #MXMN808CCBKMUS)

I checked with KM engineering..they said all of our devices support POE ports, but thanks, E

Update..after running a wireshark capture we found that the customers citrix server was the culprit. The wireshark showed that an application from IP xxx.xxxx.xxx.xxx was attempting to install itself on the c3100 and C3110 causing the print controller to go bat shit crazy and quit. This is why the network connections would no longer respond to pings, or any print activity. The customer has been very secretive as to exactly what the application was, but within 1 day of pointing this out the issue went away and has not come back. (almost a month now).

Wow running wireshark on customers C3110 crappy machine. Must be important customer. Time to upgrade for something newer maybe.

I'm not buying that five new machines developed bad memory simultaneously. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I had 5 machines at a single location that would perform all functions when off the network (OK, not print or scan, but would do both crossovered to my laptap), but when plugged into the network the machine locked up. Even internal reports would just set in the queue ... until the network cable was disconnected, then poured out.

We theorized that there was some sort of network traffic that made the NIC unhappy, but were unable to pin it down and their IT mostly just pointed fingers at us.

I believe we ended up replacing the bizhubs with the exact same model of Lexmark, which worked fine on their network.

Naturally, Konica Minolta had never seen that issue before, and after swapping out a couple thousand in parts, we just swapped out the machines.
This is clear example of flawed FW by KM.
