Bizhub 363 Error C-C152

Hello everybody. This old BH363 with error C-C152 appeared in our laboratory after improper updating. Documents state FW change after Japan earthquake. According to the documentation, I have FW needed for solution, but I can't finish it. Always features C-C152. As an old printer, I believe that someone here has been there before. Need help. Thanks

The Firmware Documentation file has the step by step on the last pages. I followed, but I was not successful.

The 3 series has Stand alone scanner firmware.
I used to run into that a lot before the series was discontinued.
If you don't have access to it PM me and I'll help you out.

G8x-09 is the scanner only firmware for the whole 3 mono series.
I'll have to add it to my server later when I get home and give you the link.

Synth, due to my English, we may not communicate well. I have the G00-C8 FW version.

There are 03 FW in it.


G00-02 = BootRom Ver.
G00-09 = G8X-09 Scanner Ver.
G00-C8 = Mass Product. Ver.


For each CPU altered due to the earthquake, the G8x-09 file performs the correct FW. In my case, H8S / 2324 would be the G00-09.


These files I have with me.


The FW G8x-09 (Scanner Ver.) Recognizes the 04 CPU below:


H8S / 2324: A1UD0Y0-0023-G00-09 Check Sum 0DDA
H8S / 2325: A1UD0Y0-0023-G80-09 Check Sum 7F0E
H8S / 2424: A1UD0Y0-0023-G82-09 Check Sum BA94

Procedure performed according to documentation, but without success.

The d6 firmware I linked is the latest, yours was older.
Flash the d6 firmware and if the scanner still says ng use the scanner only fw I linked.

I did so many procedures that I can't explain which one allowed me to update the scanner with the G00-D6 version.
