    That's really handy tsb. Can I ask a favor? Can you attach it in a text format? It's not so easy to save this in a useable format. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Will try later BC. Initially I was going to attach an Excel file with table but my PC do some funny formatting of few cells.

    The forum won't attach an Excel file, but you can attach a zipped file. I've done it a few times. =^..^=

    As I installed exactly ZERO bizhub 5020i MFPs but hundreds of it's Brother original MFC-L6900DW you actually may be right as of this moment.
    For sure it was initpass atleast of the begining of production.
