These models need to have gradation, done properly, at setup or they will never be right. save replacing all units and doing a proper setup.

    Toner.
New Y toner bottle got empty only 3 days and several thousand printout!! ( mainly office documents )
It flowed to waste bottle, and a thin toner coating on the surface of Y drum.
Exchanged the drum unit with M still the same.
TCR all are 6.XX%, ATVC CM are 20 K is 22 however Y is 16.

I'm having this with the yellow toner on multiple machines, all the same account. Yellow TCR is low, but only because customer keeps running it with the empty toner bottle, until it eventually codes out. Replacing the IU only seems to fix it temporarily.

I can't find any bulletin referring to this. What level firmware addressed the problem? All machines are at least G00-B5. Reluctant to update in the field because of the customer's custom UI.
