B758 Jamming 9201/9202/9203/3201 Double sides

Hi guys i need help with a bizhub 758 , 1mil copies , jamming double sided , the mc jams only doing double sided firmware was on R9, jam code 3201 , updated firmware to X8 mc than started jamming 9201-02-03 only on double sided , single sided the mc doesnt jam , tested another exit section , duplex section ,fusing unit , removed the registration actuator, without the actuator the machine works fine after a couple double sided copies than starts jamming again , initialized firmware switch 25 hex B0 , 69 hex 2 , 145 hex 1 on , adjusted loop , any suggestions....
