On a new C250i, the customer gets a message "bgm standby mode data not avalible"
What can this mean, in the service manual this is not to be found?

I believe "bgm" stands for background music, so I would think it has to do with the sounds generated by the device.

We gave the machine a total clear and set everything back to default.
Latest firmware version installed, the message keeps coming back on the display.

If anyone has the bgm files I'd love to see them

This set to default 00, BGM message no longer visible on display.
