convert Konica dat files to csv?

Is there is any utility to convert Dat files to CSV?

A quick Google search turned up several ways of converting a dat to csv. There is no specific program from KM to perform this procedure, that I know of.

PSDA works with .dat files (backups). You could upload a backup file, then export it to CSV from PSDA as well. You would have to be working with Address Books, Authentication info and admin settings. E
