    FS532/SD woes

11x17, 5 internal pages are plain, outer page is 100# coated text. Cover is hanging up and getting folded about 4 inches off, internal 5 pages are folded properly. I swapped another FS532 (SD has never been used) and I get the same result. I can get 5-6 out that are correct, then the coated stock starts dragging and gets the bad fold. I can run the job directly to an out put tray and throw the job on a table, all pages fan out so it's not static. I'm leaning towards the recent start of rainy season and possible humidity problems but I'm sure I will have a rough time selling this. Any ideas?

Please double check the specs, 100lb text is 148gsm which is past the 91gsm limit of the folding unit. Even if you used a cover inserter it may still give issues.
But again please check the documentation as I think it's being used out of spec.

According to what I read..Cover can be 50 to 300gsm, this stock is 155 gsm. 5 sheets inside. specs say coated is acceptable.
