Konica offers Vcare, and some info can be emailed to users including vendor admins if the customer allows it. Ed

Do anybody know the price for buying or renting vcare? I'm no Minolta partner so I have no chance to get it. I only want to know the price. Perhaps per mail. Thank you!

If the machine is setup for email usage just fill out total counter notification in admin, network.
You can have the machine email you once a week,month, or day.
It can email you when it needs supplies or even when it jams or has a code.
All free.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

I don't want use vcare, I only want to know it's price.
Vcare is free..If you're not a dealer or direct you can't use it as you will not be able to register any S/N on the vcare server, or gather any info. Every one else is telling you to use something like FM audit..the benefit over just a email notification it you can get toner levels as well to base sending supplies. if you don't care about this info then stick with the MFP notifications. There are quite a few useful selections. E
