    Ouch! How did that happen?

No part number in the parts manual. It'll take you all day to swap over everything, assuming you find a source for that part. If you have the time ... and a medium sized ball-peen hammer, and a block of hardwood ... maybe you can hammer it out without deforming it too much. Most techs probably would not spend the couple days it will take to hammer it out, with unpredictable results.

I spent three days on a bent Kyocera scanner frame, against my advice, and to my surprise I was able to get decent focus. Left up to me, I would have taken the scanner from a donor. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You can probably pick up a EF-103 (envelope fuser) on the cheap and swap the harness for the upper temp sensor connector with the damaged unit and you'll be back in business.
