Error Code C-2411 Bizhub C-6500

Hi! Can someone help me with the problem with the error code C-2411, TCR Sensor Y, is broken. How can i change this and where it placed? I cannot recognize it on the machine.

Were the developing units vacuumed by chance? TCR sensors are static sensitive.
