Error code C-D012 on KONICA C754e

I'm Vietnamese and new to the forum. I am having problem with konica C754e. error CD012. Hope everybody help please. Thanks very much!

But in the service manual of c364 is probably the hhd problem.

Format HDD and if that don't work replace it.

You can still get into service mode to format HDD even with the trouble code on display, just have to wait a few minutes.

I would try reinstalling/updating the firmware, especially if you just wiped the drive and SSD. In my experience, after the wipe, a 654/654 will throw a D012 error, and reinstalling the firmware, will fix this. The drive will also require a logical format after a wipe.
