needs a new black DV unit.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
Also don't ask me for files without a contributor badge.
K developer unit almost developer empty.

Black developing unit 100%.
I had the same issue. After replacing it everything was ok.
Just to add yet another +1 for the K dev unit. Make sure K drum isn't over life as well, replace if it is.
A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 3 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

ok then I replace K dev unit
Also check the clutch of the dev unit K A0EDM20000
replaced Dev BK now everything works regularly

Like other poster mentioned replace black drum as well or you will be back there when the developer dumps again from over life drum shorting out.Originally Posted by ferro10

now the same problem has been presented
Now I try to change only the drum bk? or I have to change the dev bk again together with the drum?
PS: Can it be a toner hopper problem that does not download toner inside the dev bk?
