    Notification issue

    Hi, an interesting issue. this is randomly happening across 4, 8, and i series. we get monthly meter reads with no issue but intermittent or no notifications for toner/UTR.
    list/counter is set to allow, email tx settings are all set to ON under SMTP, No issue sending a Scan to email off network. Are there any additional settings that may need to be checked?

    Check the firmware is on the latest.

    We have some clients that turn off the machines at night this could also be a reason.
