C3320i - ADF creases corner of the original

    Good morning everyone,
we have a customer who bought a C3320i 6 months ago. The machine is practically still new, it only made 3000 prints.
He has a small problem with ADF, in fact the sheets come out with an ear of about 0.8 mm in the upper right corner.
The problem is certainly before the CIS, because making a copy, even the ear is photocopied.
Has anyone experience of this defect with new machines with the same ADF (C4050i C3350i ...)?

What do you mean by 'ear of about 0.8 mm'? Corner is dog eared or some skew? You know 0.8mm is very very small distance.

Mylars and paperclips come to mind.
I just push a Manila folder through the adf path to clear the path.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

I think dog eared is the right term in English. Thanks

I have already tried with a 200 gr A4 but without success. Miglar and plastic guides are OK

Dog eared paper is 99% paper hits something. I will try to examine better this side of paper path. Might be something real tiny like styrofoam piece fallen from install packaging.
I will definitely push something harder than paper towards offending edge.
