Just access Technician mode and Enable Equipment HD if it is disabled.
After that it formats the physical and Logic HD that can solve your problem.

Does it refer to scan jobs in combination with highly compressed compact pdf? In case it does: Turn off compact PDF and try again, you'll end up in this message pretty quickly if you try too many and/or complex originals. I got calls about this every now and then - I think there's also a bulletin available with some SP tweaks but can't recall any specifics, there's probably already a topic here @CTN
