You have to check the gear play of the transfer belt cleaning unit, Also check the double gear that goes next to the M38 motorOriginally Posted by tomson25

Check toner shutter, under side of hopper, if its opening. Sometime the DV tank shutter breaks and could not slide back toner shutter and there may be toner over fed in hopper just tap toner shutter side to loosen the toner.
DV shutter is okay.while running manual toner feed in service mode, hopper motor is not rotating.
