    Bizhub c3350 dip switch 5?

    Anyone know the proper procedure for setting dip switch 5 when you are having toner cartridge issues?

    Why in the world would you start another thread when you just responded to YOUR original thread about the exact same thing? Makes no sense at all and clutters up the forum.
    Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22.

    He is known to be taker not giving. Started numerous threads leaved close to zero feedback. I'm not surprised.

    thanks. I have supported this forum as a contributor and have helped many techs with firmware and even parts over the years so please keep your crap to yourself. My other thread was not responded to correctly so I was trying to find someone to respond correctly. Your lives must be awful to only want to bash someone looking for help. So sad for you
