    Bizhub 363 Scaning quality problem

    Hi all,
    i have BH 363 on 470k copies.
I have a problem with copy.
The copy is so poor, no dark and the original light lines missing or not present on the copies.
When I'm printing from computer, everything is ok, all text lines are in good quality, but when I'm copying the copy is so poor.

    I attach the pics.
Please help me to solve this problem, otherwise I have to throw away the machine.
    I clean all mirrors.
I have no ideas how to fix this problem.

That's not that bad. Does darkening the copy settings not help. If it does just lock that in as the default copy setting

No, the Darkening from menu not helped. The copy from attachment are on full dark from the menu.

I suspect that the optics are still dirty somewhere. There are three mirrors, the slit glass both sides, the shading plate, the lamp & reflector, & the front of the CCD lens. I've also seen the backside of the CCD lens and CCD array get dirty. I believe that this machine has a removable black plastic cover to access the backside of the lens and array. Just take care not to change the CCD focus/alignment.

Take a closer look at the optics. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Can you post copy samples without darkening them? Did you make stabilization plus gradations?
What toner - original or compatible?

I’m not check the back side of CCD. I will.
What kind of toner I used?
    Compatible of course!
But the fact is that when I’m print, the quality is super when I’copy the quality is poor.

Regardless of the crappy toner, it's still an optical or image processing issue. =^..^=

Clean everything, then run gradation adjustments. This should at the very least improve the output, if not getting it back to normal.
