Hello, does any one have the same problem?

Customer tells me he have this output on larger printjobs.

Either high humidity in the environment causing the paper to curl or its gettin caught on the joggers at the exit of the finisher. Try turning down fuser temp first and if that doesnt work its time to start diggin.
