Konica c3351/3851 Thoughts?
My apologies in advance if there’s already a thread on this, but I couldn’t find it if it exists. My company currently works with c3350/3850 desktop models, and was wondering if there were any major differences or things to note about the c3351/3851 versus the former. I know the 50 models are kind of iffy, but they work decently for what we need. Anything I should know about the 51 series desktops? Any better, any worse, or about the same? Thanks.

However these have been around for a number of years I would go for the later i series models C3350i etc. they have a few issues when first released but have settled down now with fw updates etc.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
