C258 printing USB port, FW G00-W4
Electric discharge caused D011.
After repairing the MFPB board, D011 continued.
I got MFPB from a working C368.
Removed EMMC, 02 Eeprom's, HDD.
Installed EMMC, 02 Eeprom's, C258 HDD
Install FW G00-W4 and after power on, C-C164
part number of identical MFPBs. (A7PUH020)
Nothing like day after day

Your best bet is to have the board reset and go through the board replacement procedure as per SM.

Machine type successfully entered and exchange procedure agreed with SM.
I've read in other posts that boot firmware is required. I have several base FW. Do these base FWs have the boot file included?
My FW Base starts at G00-16.
Some help?
D011 i thought was a HDD issue?

Install Recovery Tool firmware GXX-A8 or Preventive firmware GXX-B0.

I performed this procedure as well, according to the bulletin, but did not complete the procedure.
I changed HDD, updated FW, performed bulletin step D011, but without success.
We decided to exchange MFPB. Then I come across C164.
In this procedure, Sata Controller FW has an error and does not update
