    Bizhub 458e

    Jam code 3003 ...1 or 2 copies out jams and folds entering fuser ! Replaced fuser ect

    I would try new paper exit sensor, spring and flag.
    Make sure registration section isn't binding.

    If the exit sensor does not work replace the clutch on fuser drive or the fuser drive assy.

    That's it right there:

    Exit photointerrupter or flag
    Exit clutch.

    I've changed a lot of both. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    It's similar to the bizhub 554e ... just more things to remove from the rear. I assisted another tech changing the exit clutch a few months ago. 2 hours. =^..^=
