    Re: Konica Minolta c6100 Jam??

    Code
    C-5109
    Classification
    PF-707m, PF-711: Centering sensor abnormality
    Cause
The centering sensor (PS40) of PF fails to detect the paper for more than specified time.
Measures to take when alert occurs
The main body and the option stop immediately.
    Estimated abnormal parts
    • PFU drive board (PFUDB)
    • Centering sensor (PS40)
    Correction
    Note
    ▪ The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
    Solution
    1. Prior confirmation
    • Check that the centering sensor (PS40) is installed correctly.
    2. Execute the IO Check (18-01) of the centering sensor (PS40) when A3 papers are in the center of paper path in the horizontal conveyance
    section.
    3. When the result of the IO Check in the step 2 is normal, PS40 is not abnormal. Go on to step 5.
For details of IO check results, refer to "Table 1: Result check."
    4. Check the connector connections, CN118 of PFUDB, CN432 (relay connector), CN433 (relay connector), CN437 (relay connector), CN410
of PS40, and the wiring between PFUDB and PS40. Then, repair it when there is any abnormality.
    5. Replace PS40.
    6. Replace PFUDB.
    Table 1: Result check
    Result check Normal Abnormal
    START About 4500 65535
    Deviate from "normal" significantly
    STOP About 4500 65535
    Deviate from "normal" significantly
    Faulty part isolation DIPSW
    Control while detached

    Re: Konica Minolta c6100 Jam??

Does it even have a centering sensor? I doubt it.

I seem to recall that the centering sensor assembly must be installed when the PF707m is used on a C6100.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

They should have come " ... bundled with the main body." As it says right here. Did you install them?:

It wasn't inside my PF-707m and I bought it brand new.

I had this erro on a bizhub C1060:

    "C0130" error message, with PF-707, won't clear.

Roller pressure release motor M10 cannot reach home position. Clean roller pressure release sensor PS41 (was heavily caked with translucent grease). When cleaned, machine comes to ready. It feeds a few sheets before coding out with loud gear noise. The 2nd tooth from the flat on sector gear 36T is worn/flattened.

Clean roller pressure release sensor PS41 in a cup of alcohol. Replace release cam (A55C 7137 00), and release sector gear 36T (A55C 7195 00).

what if there is we no noise of the gears grinding or the gears are fine could it be the motor gone bad?.
