Dusting off a DI850 that hasn't run is several years. Installed new drum, can't run drum setting in 36 mode. Getting error SC23-06 and my service book doesn't have codes list. I'm guessing a motor isn't turning(blade?). Anyone have a code list?

Check on M14 (blade) movement
incompletion. The drum READY1 sig
nal (ready) is not detected within spec
ified time after turning ON of M2
(drum), or the drum READY1 signal
(not ready) is not detected within spec
ified time after turning OFF of M2. At
this time, no abnormal detection signal
is detected.
ill send you a PM in 2 minutes.

Finally got back to the error code. Turns out M14 blade motor was not turning, so today I'm a clock repairman. No code now.

Wow! A machine of the past. 85 ppm heavy monster! Remember them all to well. We had some that ran good, if used the way they were designed for, big office non-stop use. And of course a trained tech to maintain them without cheating on PM. I have two or three Di-251's I still service. Getting to the point parts are all aftermarket. If an oddball part like a gear or something breaks customer may be screwed and have no choice but to upgrade into 21st century...
Good luck with keeping the old girl alive....
