Bizhub pro 1100 delete all data greyed out
The delete all data settings is greyed out on a Bizhub Pro 1100. I am logged in as administrator. I found something that says logging in as CE admin might help as well but the Enhanced Security Mode was l greyed out along with Service Login Allow Settings and Audit log Settings. Not sure if it is related or helpful but i though i would mention it as well. Any ideas on how to enable Delete all data settings so that it is not greyed out?
