    C6500 custom brochure

    Hello everybody,

is there a chance to trick the system of c6500 (Finisher: FS-612) to produce a brochure of size 110x174mm (paper=220x174)?
Given an A5 brochure I see that the staples have enough space to staple within a space of 174mm. But the machine refuses...

    Thank you for every hint!

110mm is only 4.3 inches. The distance between rollers is wider than that so no. It's not possible

You can print it SEF & duplex, but the booklet maker will not fold & staple so small a booklet. It's a software issue with the machine/accessories. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
