Update the firmware and make sure the machine is set to the correct function version.
I believe the solution was the part after the word "update" in the original post, but I could be wrong.Originally Posted by Flash

Not wrong at all. First time I setup our office bizhub I forgot that I removed CE password for some tests and spend a good time scratching my head what's going on wrong
