    C203 bad printing

    Good morning everyone!
    i have a problem with a bizhub c203
I have already tried to replace image unit, belt and high voltage unit, but it didn't solve the problem.
    enclose test gradation adjustment.

    Someone with some ideas
    Thank you

Looks like the print heads are bad but wouldn't think all 4 would go bad at same time since this model uses individual print heads.

Was it doing same exact thing before you replaced items you mentioned?

Have you done single test pages of each color in service mode? Or internal test pages of demo page & just B&W config page?

    Could be the PH board?

Onboard memory on these have all started going bad had a couple of these that died this way with exact same defect.
Would want to believe that it could be the solder joints on the MFPB. In that case hot air to reflow the solder.

You can try ribbon cables or find a replacement MFPB somewhere.
    Whatever

Try and clean the MFP board, fan, DIMM contacts. Worst case I had was a machine with a dirty mfp board backside, probably slightly conductive filth causing image errors.

C203 is "a few years" old, so I'd check out these parts and bring my "datavac duster"...
