Problem with AcurioLabel 230 konica minolta

Hello friends,

We have problem with Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230.
The problem is when we convey the paper , the paper is conveying just fine but when we try to print a job the machines starts to bouncing the paper and the markers on the print are not in the same distance.
We tried different torqs, pressure and everything that i found in SM and Troubleshooting but with no luck.
Forgot to mention we are service technicians.
I can’t upload video to hear how it bouncing😒
Any ideas what to try?

doesn't sound right, check your shafts and make sure they are sitting right... every so often you hear a click. thats not normal.

Everything there look normal, dancer arm is in the right position and move normally.

When the production machines gives me hell on something I have not seen before I strip off everything that can be striped to get a better view inside and set a camera to high speed to be able to check the footage in as slowly as possible.

How do you bill on one of those meters or running time?

Preventative maintenance up to date?

Hello

Just one update I found the problem.
There are 2 presure springs on the paper exit roller in the paper exit unit.
I simply took them out and the problem was solved.
Most likely the problem was that the paper is PP and slips at higher pressure on the paper exit rollers.
