Marks on halftone prints - issue when gradating on c224e

Got a c224e thats printing fine, but has an issue when gradating

These halftone images attached are set to a density of 50, any suggestions/ideas are appreciated.

I just find it strange that on the magenta its white, but on the others the marks are black. Does this indicate its something to do with the magenta?

First: it seems there is a scratch in the transfer belt (seen on cyan pattern).

Jesus, yellow is like non existend

Check and lower fusing temperature . See if that helps. Maybe switch the color drum units with each other and see if the marks change. Also replace black drum unit if they keep on showing up the same.
