    KM Bizhub/Develop Ineo Equivalents 4000i/4020i/5000i/5020i

    Hi

Would someone be able to confirm the equivalent models of these machines for me please? I think they are all Brother based?

We normally sell Kyocera A4 mono, but they seem to be hard to source at this moment in time, and are looking at alternatives going forward.

    Bizhub/Ineo 4000i - Brother HL-L5200DW?
    Bizhub/Ineo 4020i - Brother DCP-L5500DN? MFC-L5700DW?
    Bizhub/Ineo 5000i - Brother HL-L6400DW?
    Bizhub/Ineo 5020i - Brother MFC-L6900DW?

Any experience working on them would be most welcome as well!

    Thanks

We don't have bizhubs but only Brother so can't really be sure exactly which one match but your example seems OKAY. As for serviceability they're excellent to work with and in Brother case software is very user friendly which I wouldn't be surprised Konica to screw a bit as they lately do with their products. Nevertheless the hardware is solid keep in mind they are business class MFPs so have almost all bells and whistles.
Parts like drum unit, laser, fuser, rollers usually met and often exceed life, toner don't.
Feel free to PM me if you need anything else to know.

I'd go for the brother original MFPs

PS: These are pretty service friendly - some of the L6xxx I have ran over half a million pages with little service efforts.

Just to resurrect the original topic: Does anybody have a cross-reference list? I'd be interested myself.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No sorry but the assumption in the initial posts seems right. The print engines are more or less identical across all models.
