Fiery & perfect binder pb-503 - possible firmware issue???

I have a Fiery IC-313 updated firmware 9 months ago. Its not fully recognizing finisher PB-503 even though its installed on KM C6100 machine and recognized by machine. What can be issue? Did they update anything in firmware in last 9 months? Fiery is telling me to contact KM, does anyone know how to contact them directly?

800 456 5664..Place a service call. If it's a required patch KM will not just give it to you..

Could it be something else other than firmware? If printer recognizes it but fiery is missing part of it?

KM is not helping since its not under contract.

Well, what do you mean by "not fully recognized"? If you are using the Fiery print driver (from the Fiery IP web page) it should listed as an option when you "update installed options" or maybe you can manually turn it on. Nothing in the patches deals specifically with the 503. Are you using CWS to update the patches? Ed
