Bizhub C500 Pro Service Mode

Hello,

Please let me know how to get into Service Mode in Bizhub C500 Pro. I have bought one used and have some problems with print quality which I hope to resolve in Service Mode. I am familiar with older CF 3102 - quite good machine...

Also i am looking for Service Manual (Service and Parts Manual) for C500,can somebody to help?

Hold down the P button until the screen changes and asks for a 4 digit password. The password is 9272.
