    Auth device tool advanced is maybe what you need although I'm not sure it will work with any type devices.

    the LDD file you have is likely already been modified, you may need a raw one.
    i lost my access to MKM so i can send you another one to try?

    Sounds like a lot of hassle, can you not just get the correct card reader from KM? We usually use ELATEC or Ysoft readers and get the LDD from KM..

    That would be more troublesome as we already paid for the 10 card readers, i'd rather avoid going through another procurement process.

    However same error.

    Apparently I'll need to import source drivers from mykonicaminolta.com > Authentication Devices > Keyboard Wedge (KBW) > Firmware > Keyboard Wedge LDD for this program to work. Bummer.
