    Bizhub C368 showing C-D011

    Hello. I have two machines showing the code C-D011.

    I read in this thread that it helps to update firmware:
    Bizhub C308 C368 error code C-D011

    Is this right? If it is, could anyone send me the firmwares I need?

    I think it mus be this ones:

    A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-A8
    A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-B0

    CD011: Hard disk out of specifications mounted.

    Service manual says to replace HDD and logical format. Should be at least a 250GB hdd, but more commonly a 320GB is what is installed.
