C2221 can be caused by toner dusted sensors PS50 & PS51.

I've seen C2221, when the drum bore fits too tightly onto the drum shaft. The imaging drawer does not close completely. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

The toner filter was not cleaned on the 3080 model, so toner was scattered inside, and the 1st transfer roller pressure/release sensor inside the transfer belt was contaminated with toner

On the 6000 model, the 1st transfer roller home position sensor has been replaced and fixed

In my case, both of the above models were sensor problems.

This right here!! Look at the lower right corner of the process drawer when it's closed and see if it is sitting flush against the face of the backing plate. If it is sitting off even a little bit. you will get that C2221 code.

I’m currently having this issue with a c2060 and noticed it’s not sitting flushed when I have the drums installed. How can fix this issue?

Determine which drum fits too tightly on it's drum shaft. In my case it was 3 out of 4. Install only one drum, then close the drawer to see if it closes properly. Remove that drum, then try the next etc, etc. You can install new drums, or file out the drum bore at the rear. Lubrication did not help. =^..^=
