Bizhub c3350i stuck at konica boot screen

I recently got in a refurbished Konica Minolta Bizhub c3350i with the hard drive removed. I put in a 8gb Micro SD card and started it, but it just gets stuck at the Konica boot screen. Tried to boot up with "stop, power button" with USB with latest firmware G00-P8, but it stays at the konica boot screen.

Can the c3350i function with just a 8gb micro sd card or does it need some type of nvme m2 ssd?

I've never installed a fresh hard drive on a konica before.

The C3350i machines originally came with the SSD, so most likely you will need to change the storage board type in service mode in order to get it to utilize the micro SD card. Try accessing service mode through the trouble reset screen, as without the SSD it's not going to boot. I'm not at work today and have access to limited resources, so I can't point you to where the setting is, but perhaps someone else can. Also, not sure if an 8GB card would be big enough, though I've never tried to make such a switch so can't say for sure.

To access service mode with machine off hold down the bottom of the two buttons on the back of control panel while turning machine on. When you see Trouble Reset DON'T press it . enter service password and go into service mode. Then under system 2 set storage type to micro SD . I've never tried to run one on micro SD but its worth a try

I have the same issue. I am holding down the bottom button on the back of the panel and powering on, but it is still stuck at the boot screen. I accidently changed the storage to sd card, but need to change it back to the ssd . What do I do next? I am holding the button for about 30 seconds, yet no screen changes, just the logo and a stuck status bar.

Actually I need to wait a little bit longer. It came up and I was able to reset. Now if anyone knows how to fix a memory full error, when their are no mailboxes nor print jobs, etc. on the machine, that would be great.
