C3300i with strange squeaking noise, never heard before

Here's a little video of the noise,

but don't think it only occurs when paper is ejected or transported.
This morning I switched the printer on and at warming there was a
    short little squeak too.
But it seems not to occur if you run the paper passage test with blank pages or c m y pages.
It seems that it has something to do with the black toner "system" but I'm not quite sure.
I can't give an exact definition when it occurs or not.

    I've trried so far:
    -new fusing unit
-greased paper exit axes (well known old problem but squeaks are not the same normally)
    -waste toner box new
    -new transfer belt
    -new black imaging unit
-oiled the drive mechanism of of the black iu at the rear side in the printer

    But nothing.

    Has anyone encountered this problem?

    Thank you.

How do you make the paper passage test? single papers or multi? does the sound occur on a single paper passage?
It seems to me the sound comes from the exit unit.

Or you can try to ad manual toner in servicemode... to drive the black toner system.

      Thanks.

It occurs with single and multiple prints.
With black toner system I meant when the drive mechanism of the black iu
is involved. But I'm not sure.
Ok I could replace the whole exit unit, but as I said I've greased it already.

This worked for my machine had the same issue try this: go to service mode . Load check mode, input check code 29 then multi code 15 or 16
then start to rotate exit rollers go to area where paper exits into middle of machine get a flashlight look for center gray exit roller for reference get some thick clear type gel lube put small amount on a long flat screwdriver while exit rollers are spinning apply directly to left and right of center gray roller ONLY on plastic shaft part until noise gets quiet. You cant see it but above round shafts are a half moon type plastic assembly slightly touching the shafts. If you remove exit assembly you can see what it looks like.
