[Misc] Left field error code

C368 out of the blue is displaying "cannot contact terminal services, contact your admin". This machine does not have the LK111, nor is it matched to any 3rd party software..Since the LK 111 is not installed there is no way to check if Thin Print has been enabled..Any ideas? TIA

First I will do is firmware, next is to backup settings and initialize the machine.

This did indeed turn out to be a 3rd party solution that was installed unknown to service. It was a dispatcher error.
