KN C253 cannot into copy mode

Hi, all, Konica Minolta Expert,


The KN C253 got turn on issue, cannot into the copy mode.
The panel stop at globe pattern as below:

I had switched the two Menary, but there is no change...
I think it is the MFP board issue.
I had a KN C353 machine, it works.
I want to try to use the C353 MFP in the KN C253.
But I am not sure if there is other issue occurs when install the KN C353 MFP to KN C253.
Has anyone experience for the MPF change?
or has any Idea for solve the machine no working issue.

If it really is a Konicaminolta and not Develop, OCE, Olivetti, etc, that is not the correct startup screen, then it must have suffered a reset or the NVRAM is damaged which is where it is stored if it is KonicaMinolta or second brand. In addition with that bad board, it would not boot either, which coincides with what happens to you.
